ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS TO BE HELD, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12:  The Mars Area Soccer Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 12th, at 7:30PM.  The agenda for this meeting will include election of the Elected Officers of the Board of Directors of the Mars Area Soccer Club for the 2024 year and consideration of proposed amendments to the Club Constitution and Bylaws.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS  Elections will be held for the following positions.  Candidates running for each position will be named shortly.  Those elected will serve throughout the 2024 year.

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• In-House Commissioner, Boys Leagues

• In-House Commissioner, Girls Leagues

• Travel Commissioner

VOTING  Each team from the Fall 2023 season shall have one vote.  The Head Coach of each of our teams from the Fall 2023 season serves as the voting representative at the Annual General Meeting, casting one (1) vote on behalf of their team in these elections and votes.  Coaches serving as the Head Coach of more than one team may cast one (1) vote for each of their teams.  Additionally, each current member of the Board of Directors (excluding the President) may cast one (1) vote.  Further information on voting will be provided to all Head Coaches shortly.

 

VIRTUAL MEETING  For the convenience of all those who wish to attend, this meeting will be conducted virtually.  All members of the Mars Area Soccer Club from the Fall 2023 season are welcome to attend.  A link to the meeting will be distributed to all members on December 1st.
